Mosque Tour

We spent one morning visiting a local mosque in Dubai. It was a great way to learn about Muslims and the culture here. Our tour guide taught us a lot about their traditions and explained things.

Al Barsha Pond Park

The weather has finally hit the 90's so I am able to exercise outside and go for walks. This is a park about 15 minutes away by walking. It has lots of trees, grass, and flowers whic are hard to find nearby. Aldo has walking track around pond, I usually go around sunset time and it's a wonderful place to relax and remind me of parks from Connecticut.

Persian Gulf and beach time!!!

Made it to first beach!!! This is on the edge of a Dubai in a nice park. You can picnic, sunbathe, etc. I was at cove part where water was beautiful and clean! I saw fish swimming near my toes any got my first sunburn!!!
